Nicole Liljegren is the Athletics Academic Advisor for LSSC. She is the dedicated advisor for all Lake-Sumter sports and student-athletes. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Louisville, where she played NCAA Division I soccer.
Nicole spent years in marketing, event planning, and project management before deciding to further her education by pursuing a master’s degree in school counseling. She spent the last four years as a high school counselor, helping guide students in making intentional decisions about their futures.
Nicole is a dedicated professional with a passion for education and student development. Her ultimate goal is to support students during their early college years, providing them with the guidance they need to navigate this phase of their lives. She is committed to fostering an environment where students can explore their interests, set goals, and take steps towards a successful and fulfilling future.
Nicole is a Tucson, Arizona native and huge University of Arizona Wildcat fan. Nicole and her family are new to Florida and enjoy exploring new opportunities for adventure.
