Sydni Hunter, Volleyball

Sophomore Sydni Hunter was named to the 2024 All-Sun-Lakes Conference Second Team. For the season, she recorded 132 kills at 2.03 kills per set and had 44 total blocks on the defensive end.

Hunter was a force at the net for the Lakehawks, registering 10 kills or more in five matches.

Head Coach Alisha Wintersdorf shared her thoughts on Hunter’s achievement, “Sydni’s performance this season has been nothing short of outstanding. Her aggressive play at the net and relentless drive makes her a force to be reckoned with, while her infectious energy set the tone for our team.

“She is the kind of player we all aspire to be – someone who brings intensity, passion, and a fierce competitive sprit every time she steps on the court,” said Coach Wintersdorf.
