Cooper Krug, Cross Country

Krug posted a 24th place finish at the 2022 NJCAA Cross National Championship.

Cooper Krug had a very consistent and successful sophomore cross country season which showed in his performance at the 2022 NJCAA Division II Cross Country Nationals. 

Krug followed closley behind teammate Caleb Melendez for the entierity of the race at nationals finshing just seconds after him. Krug finished the 8K with a time of 26:57.0, less than 10 seconds off of the newest personal record he set less than a month previously. 

Krug was the second finishing Lakehawk and the fourth highest of Region 8 runners after Melendez and two from Daytona State.
