Camps

The Lake-Sumter State College softball program offers two different camps throughout the summer. The one day hitting clinic and the two-day prospect camp.

Both have dates set for the summer.

Current Camps Being Offered:

1-Day hitting Camp: Tuesday, June 4, 2024

A HUGE hit the last couple of years, our 1-day hitting camp is two parts.

1. On the field and in the cages in the morning
2. In the classroom, breaking down hitting philospohy and mechanics

Location: Lake-Sumter State College, Leesburg Campus

2-Day Prospect Camp: Monday & Tuesday June 24 & June 25, 2024

You will get an email a week prior to the game with medical release papers and specific camp information.

This camp is set to help identify potential recruits and covers all positions definseively and offense as well.

We have signed 35+ student-athletes since 2016 as a direct result of this camp.

Location: Lake-Sumter State College, Leesburg Campus

Registration: 8:30 am

Camp Starts: 9:00 am

Camp Ends: 1:00 pm
