PREVIEW: No. 16 Lakehawk Softball vs. Florida Gateway

LEESBURG, Fla. (Softball) – Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) softball continues Sun-Lakes Conference play this weekend with Florida Gateway.

On Friday, the Lakehawks will host the Wolves to open the series with a single game on Friday at 1:00 p.m. On Saturday, the Lakehawks will travel to Lake City, Fla. for a double header at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Florida Gateway enters this weekend's series with 20-21 record and an 8-7 record in conference play. In the last two weeks of conference play, the Wolves have only registered one win which came against South Florida State in game three of the series last weekend.

In conference standing, Florida Gateway ranks third while the Lakehawks maintain the second place spot with a 10-2 record.

All Sun-Lakes Conference home games will be streamed at Team 1 Sports: College. Live stream of away games will vary.
