PREVIEW: Lakehawk Softball vs. No. 3 SJRSC

LEESBURG, Fla. (Softball) – Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) softball continues Sun-Lakes Conference play this weekend with a three-game series against reigning national champions No. 3 St. Johns River State College.

This weekend, the Lakehawks will travel to Palatka, Fla. to open the series with a single game on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Back at The Hawks Nest on Saturday, the Lakehawks will host the Vikings at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

SJRSC enters the weekend with 27 games already under their belt for the 2025 season. The Vikings currently hold a 19-8 overall record with a 3-0 record in conference play after sweeping South Florida State College last weekend.  

All Sun-Lakes Conference home games will be streamed at Team 1 Sports: College. Live stream of away games will vary.
