Leesburg, Fla. – Lake-Sumter State College Head Softball Coach, Jay Miller, will be offering a FREE recruiting seminar via Zoom on Thursday, April 30 at 6 pm.

Coach Miller will be offering the first open spots in the meeting to softball players from Lake, Sumter and Citrus counties until Thursday, April 16. On April 17, the remaining spots will open to everyone.

The seminar will cover several areas of college softball and the recruiting process. It will dive into the different levels of collegiate softball, expectations for the process as well as do's and don'ts in recruiting. It will last 40 minutes, with 5-10 minutes dedicated to answering questions.

The zoom seminar will require you to download zoom on your computer or phone as well as a password from the host (Coach Miller). If you are interested in joining, please email coach Miller at millerj@lssc.edu with the following information:

If you are not located in Lake, Sumter or Citrus counties, you should still email immediately to go onto a waiting list and reserve a spot in the seminar.

The hope is to educate potential college softball players to be able to make the best decision for them and their family.
