PREVIEW: Lakehawk Baseball hosts Palm Beach State

LEESBURG, Fla. (Baseball) – Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) baseball continues Sun-Lakes Conference play this weekend with a three-game series against Palm Beach State College (PBSC).

Lake-Sumter will host Palm Beach State for the series. Friday's game is set for a 2:00 p.m. start with Saturday's double header at 12:00 and 3:00 p.m.

PBSC enters the series with a 10-18 record and a 5-7 record in conference play. The Panthers come off a 3-0 weekend against Florida State College at Jacksonville, including a pair of mercy rule victories over the Manta Rays.

In current conference standing, the Panthers and the Lakehawks are tied for third with St. Johns River State College.
