Prior to coaching at the collegiate level, he began as an Assistant Coach at Hagerty High School in Oviedo, Florida before moving on to lead his own Varsity team at University High School in Orange City, Florida. He continues to train and mentor prep-level players of all ages while working with USA Volleyball junior club program Top Select Volleyball Academy, where he is in his seventh season.
