Lakehawk Golf Enters Round 2 of Brad Rose Invite in 7th Place

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Men's Golf) – The Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) men's golf team currently sits in seventh place after round one of the Brad Rose Collegiate Invitational on Monday afternoon. As a team, the Lakehawks shot +21 for the round with two holding a spot in the top-10 individually.

Tripp Watkins delivered a career-best performance, currently holding second place. Kasen Schlichenmaier also displayed a strong performance in round one to secure a spot in the top-10 at ninth place.

The Lakehawks plan to use their momentum from round one to push up their spot in the leaderboard on Tuesday morning in round two.
