PREVIEW: Lakehawk Golf Takes on Brad Rose Open

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Men's Golf) – The Lake-Sumter State College (LSSC) men's golf team will compete in three rounds at the Brad Rose Collegiate Open at Willow Creek Golf Club in Knoxville, Tenn. Hosted by Roane State Community College, the tournament will consist of two rounds, 18 holes on Monday and the final 18-hole round on Tuesday.

The 12-team tournament is compiled of 12 teams, two NCAA, three NAIA, and seven NJCAA squads. The teams competing are: USC Sumter (NJCAA), Cleveland State Community College (NJCAA), Pellissippi State Community College (NJCAA), UVA Wise (NCAA Division II), Covenant College (NCAA Division III), Roane State Community College (NJCAA), Union Commonwealth University (NAIA), Vincennes University (NAIA), Wallace State Community College (NJCAA), Walters State Community College (NJCAA), Johnson University (NAIA), and Lake-Sumter (NJCAA).

Tee times will begin 10 minutes apart on hole one with the Lakehawks' first gofler hitting the course at 1:50 p.m. Below are the Lakehawk pairings:

1:50 p.m. – Kylan Johnson, Jackson Hawkins (Roane State CC), Carson Milen (Cleveland State CC), Alex Gaetz (Walters State CC)

2:00 p.m. – Bradley Parker, Jake Wroth-Oakes (Roane State CC), Gray Loftin (Cleveland State CC), Blake Woody (Walters State CC)

2:10 p.m. – Nate Williams, Jetson Murrell (Roane State CC), Seth Moore (Cleveland State CC), Sloan Brooks (Walters State CC)

2:20 p.m. – Kasen Schlichenmaier, Colby Johnson (Roane State CC), Andrew McCarver (Cleveland State CC), Bowen Brantley (Walters State CC)

2:30 p.m. – Tripp Watkins, Tripp Hall (Roane State CC), Carson Minish (Cleveland State CC), Nick Talley (Walters State CC)
