10 Lakehawks Named 2025 CSC Academic All-District
GREENWOOD, Ind. (Athletics) – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2025 CSC Academic All-District Men's and Women's At-Large Teams for the College Division. Lake-Sumter placed 10 on the list, five men and five women.
Academic All-District recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. Lake-Sumter falls under the College Division which is comprised of institutions from two-year colleges, Canadian institutions, and other institutions who are not affiliated with the NCAA or NAIA.
Below are the recipients of the 2025 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Teams – College Division:
Baseball – Matthew Dumas, Ean Gimson, Andrew Merchant, Cristian Montes, Ethon Tesmer
Beach Volleyball – Cecilia, Calton, Braelyn Mittauer
Softball – Macie Bourgholtzer, Savannah Ellis, Sammi Thomas
These student-athletes now move forward for consideration on the national ballot. CSC Academic All-America Men's and Women's At-Large Teams will be announced on July 8-9 respectively.
