Cross Country Looking for Runners!

Clermont, Fla. - Has running college cross country been a dream of yours? Will you be enrolled in full time classes in the fall of 2022? If you have a love of the outdoors and a desire to be healthy and active, the Women's LSSC Lake Hawks Cross Country team might be for you! 

Our women's team consists of student athletes at various ability levels and experience. Our program promotes development through endurance and speed-based training with a strong focus on form and biomechanics. Training takes place in a team environment where athletes can meet challenges together and through camaraderie, experience growth and athletic development in a positive environment. We are looking for individuals with a drive to succeed and a willingness to commit to be part of the team and have a lot of fun.

Our staff has vast experience coaching athletes of all ages, including youth, high school, collegiate and adult athletes. Our coaches have led athletes to medal in the Junior Olympics, Middle & High School State Championships, and Collegiate Nationals. 

If you are interested in finding out more about the program, please come to our informational meeting on Monday. August 8 at 5:30pm at the National Training Center Track.
