Nikki Sauerbrey begins her second season as the pitching coach for the Lakehawks.
Sauerbrey had a decorated college career playing at Valencia College and Seminole State College before suffering a career ending arm injury.

After graduating from Warner University with a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Nikki began coaching at the elite travel ball level. Two years into her coaching career she was named an assistant coach at LSSC and was on staff from 2003-05.

 
In 2009, Sauerbrey took over the Tavares High School softball program and was the head coach for seven years. She currently teaches at THS.
