TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Baseball) – Redshirt freshman left-headed pitcher Sebastian Miller was named the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 8 Division II Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week of 2/6-2/12.
Miller pitched seven innings in game three of the Lake-Sumter versus South Florida State College series. He recorded the win to secure the series for the Lakehawks, after allowing just one run on four hits and two walks with nine strikeouts.
On the season, Miller is 4-2 on the mound. In 23.2 innings, he is maintaining a 2.28 ERA allowing just six earned runs on 16 hits while striking out 26 opposing batters

Miller and the Lakehawks will host Sun-Lakes Conference Opponent No. 10 St. Johns River State College on Friday March 10 at 2:00 p.m. for game one of the three game series.
