Leesburg, Fla. – We are bringing it back! After a year without and Alumni Day, Lake-Sumter State College Athletics will be bringing it back in January 2022.
Back by popular demand and requested specifically by the alumni, we will be bringing back the Alumni Day and Alumni Game Saturday, January 15.
Former Lakehawks from the baseball, softball and volleyball teams are welcome back to the Leesburg campus to take part in a day of festivities recognizing their past accomplishments. We invite everyone to bring your families and enjoy the day mingling with current and former student-athletes.
Baseball and softball will be competing against the Lakehawks of the past in their final tune ups before the regular season begins. Volleyball will have an opportunity to open up their spring season against some of the best players their program has ever seen. The games will start at noon.
If you are planning to attend the game and play, please email the coaches letting them know so they can plan on how many to expect.
